Slurry bi-directional heavy duty full flanged wide face-to-face body knife gate valve with rubber sleeves

The WG (SER.65) model knife gate valve is a bi-directional  full flanged valve equipped with two metal reinforced rubber sleeves designed for use in the handling of abrasive slurries, maily in industries such as:

  • Mining
  • Power plants
  • Chemical plants
  • Wastewater treatment
  • etc.

DN 80mm/3" to DN 900mm/36" (larger DN on request)

Working pressure
DN 80mm/3" to DN 400mm/16": 10 bar (150psi)
DN 450mm/18" to DN 600mm/24": 6 bar (90 psi) or 10 bar (150 psi)
DN 750mm/30": 5 bar (75 psi) or 10 bar (150 psi)
DN 900mm/36": 5 bar (75 psi) or 10 bar (150 psi)

Note: higher pressures and/or diameters on request

ASME B16.5 (class 150)
